One Nadela Medical Group celebrated its sixth anniversary on August 18 with a VIP Day at its Cebu clinic, held the afternoon before and attended by the patients who have been with the practice the longest, together with family, partners and the clinic team.
Two new treatments were introduced on the same afternoon: XERF, a radiofrequency skin-tightening treatment, and the Geneo X Facial. One Nadela is the only certified XERF provider in Cebu on SpectruMed Inc.'s national list of treatment providers.
Dr. Vinizza Niña Nadela and Dr. Pallas Athena Nadela-Digamon welcomed the guests.

XERF is a monopolar radiofrequency treatment that arrived in the Philippines in March 2026. It sends radiofrequency energy into the skin at two frequencies, 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz, warming the tissue below the surface. Controlled heat at that depth prompts the skin to produce new collagen, the protein that keeps skin firm and that gradually thins with age.
Results build over the weeks after a session as new collagen forms, rather than appearing the same day, and how much lift and tightening a patient sees varies from person to person. A consultation is the way to find out whether XERF suits your skin.
The Geneo X Facial runs three steps in one sitting. It begins with an exfoliation, where a capsule reacts with a gel on the skin and releases carbon dioxide. The body answers that rise in carbon dioxide by sending oxygen-rich blood up to the surface, and a serum goes in on top of it. Ultrasound and massage follow.
It is used for dull and dehydrated skin, early fine lines, enlarged pores and skin that has started to slacken. A session takes about an hour, most patients return to the rest of their day straight afterwards, and treatments are usually spaced about two weeks apart.
The Geneo X Facial is available at the Cebu and Makati clinics and starts at ₱12,000.
One Nadela Medical Group opened in Cebu in 2019 and now runs three clinics: Cebu, Bonifacio Global City and Makati. It is led by three board-certified physicians who are also family. Dr. Nadela and Dr. Nadela-Digamon are sisters, and Dr. Jule Yasser Kong, the cosmetic surgeon who performs the group's rhinoplasty cases, is Dr. Nadela's husband.
